In our PG1, PG2 and PG3 style garments
we offer a comprehensive range of garments made from
knitted and woven fabrics for protection against accidental contact with
blades and similar sharp edged implements. Garments conform to EN388.
These garments utilise Kevlar® fibres, Dale Techniche is a Du Pont Kevlar®
European technical textile partner.
CUT RESISTANT GARMENTS PG1, PG2 & PG3
PG1 range of knitted, cut resistant garments. A range of light
and flexible garments specially designed to give high cut resistance made from Chieftain® and other cut resistant fabrics. Garments made from
Chieftain® are available as standard in the marl colour as the sweatshirt shown
below. Other colour effects are available on request.
Style PG1- Chieftain® Garments.
A range of garments from Chieftain® cut resistant
fabric, as illustrated below, a fabric specially designed to give a very high cut resistance combined
with light garment weight. These garments are available as standard in a marl shade, as
illustrated by the PG1/S sweatshirt, and are marked to EN388 blade cut level 5.

Sweatshirt
To
the left is featured the PG1/S Long or short sleeve sweatshirt with round or V
neck, fixed or floating sleeves.
Conforms to EN388 1542
PG1/E Cotton Polo shirt with Chieftain® sleeves. Sleeves conform
to EN388 x542.
Also available, but not illustrated, style PG1/G sweatshirt.
This shirt is as style PG1/E but with an additional panel
of Chieftain® fabric over the lower chest front. Conforms to EN388

PG1/F Sweatshirt
PG1/F Sweatshirt with Chieftain® fabric on upper torso and
sleeves. Conforms to EN388 1542
PG1/D
Chieftain Boxer Shorts. Manufactured from Chieftain® fabric.
Available as a standard style with elasticated waist or "Forced
entry" style with extended legs, re-enforced crotch and elasticated
waist with drawstring. Conforms to EN388 1542.
PG1/H
Sweatshirt for use in warmer working environments. The central and
lower back features either a Kevlar® and Polyester/Viscose honeycomb
fabric (illustrated) which facilitates moisture removal and also
conforms to EN388 blade cut level 1, or Coolmax® wicking fabric.

PG1/J Jacket
PG1/J Long sleeve jacket with zip front. Optional
chest pockets, lower front pockets and pen pocket. Conforms to EN388

PG1 Honeycomb Knit
Style PG1 Honeycomb Knit Garments made from Kevlar®
fibres.
Honeycomb knit sweatshirts, long johns and boxer shorts. Made
using 100% Kevlar® fibres. Conforms to EN388: 6.2
blade cut level 2.
PG2
and PG3 range of heavy duty, cut resistant outerwear garments. This
range of garments features heavy duty, cut resistant fabrics
featuring Du Pont Kevlar ® fibres.
PG2/A
Cutters Apron
Re-enforced cutters aprons. Made incorporating high
cut resistant fabric within a durable chrome leather front and
polyester/cotton back.
Available in short (illustrated) and bib styles. Features layer
of "Hivis" fabric under re-enforcement to give immediate indication
if this layer is breached. Conforms to EN388 levels 4534.
PG2/B
Cuff Protectors
Re-enforced cuff protectors. Style PG2/B Cuff protector.
Incorporating anti cut protection and Velcro fastening. Standard
style 180mm deep, M, L and XL sizes. Special sizes available on
request. Also available are style PG2/E ankle protector (not
illustrated). Conforms to EN388 levels 2533
PG2/C
Protective Sleeves
Style PG2/C 2 piece sleeve assembly. Incorporating anti cut
protection within sleeves and shoulder. Features layer of "Hivis"
fabric under re-enforcement to give immediate indication if this

PG3/2
Protective Trousers.
Work trousers made from hardwearing polyester/cotton fabric with
lower legs re-enforced with heavy duty nylon and Kevlar® for anti
cut protection. The upper front is also re-enforced with heavy duty
nylon for increased life. Re-enforced leg area conforms to EN388
levels 1344.
